Lightbulb File Name

I want to create a file so that it is not listed either using "ls" or its options.
How can i do that?
please help

Why do you need such a file ?

every file that is created will have a valid inode and ls with its options would be able to display that file

I've got it!!!!
Memorize its contents so that you don't need to write them down to disk!!! Smilie
I was joking... As far as I know, that's not possible.
Anyway, in linux, you can write a module that, among other things, coud hide "things" playing with syscalls (rootkits)... But I don't think it's worth it...
