NAME
     ReportMemoryException -- generates memory usage diagnostic logs

SYNOPSIS
     ReportMemoryException

DESCRIPTION
     The ReportMemoryException command is a system service which should only be launched by launchd. It generates memory usage diagnostic logs as
     indicated by system events such as memory limit violations.
