File Comparison Columnar?

File Comparison Columnar?
I'm looking to build up a process which would compare 2 files and show difference, the difference needs to be done in such a way that it also shows which column value is differing.

So i think of this.
Run a diff between the files , then someway find which columns have different values need to work out out how can i find the column differences

In first case it should show the actual column names for both files where value differ , whereas in Example 2 it show the that column is missing.Files can be dynamic

Are you saying you want to compare just the number of columns regardless of the values? Could you show how you want your output to look like?

No files should first be compared line by line and if there are any difference it should show only the column which has difference

Could you still show your desired output based on the input files above?

In Example 1 it should show the column i.e 5th Column and in Example 2 it should show that there any extra/less column in other file.
