NAME
       Net::listen - Listen on a port.

SYNOPSIS
       Int listen( Protocol proto, Int port, Int backlog )

ARGUMENTS
       proto The network protocol to use

       port The port to listen on

       backlog The maximum number of unaccepted connections.

DESCRIPTION
       Listen on a port, returning a socket id.
