shishi_ap_rep_build - API function

ARGUMENTS
Shishi_ap * ap
structure that holds information about AP exchange
DESCRIPTION
Checksum data in authenticator and add ticket and authenticator to AP-REP.
RETURN VALUE
Returns SHISHI_OK iff successful.
