Sendpage::KeesLog - implements a logging subsystem
SYNOPSIS
$log=Sendpage::KeesLog->new();
$log->on();

$log->off();
$log->do('info',"Look at me, I'm writing to stderr now");
DESCRIPTION
This module is used in sendpage(1).
