SYNOPSIS
ekg2 [OPTIONS] [COMMANDS]
DESCRIPTION -u, --user=NAME
uses profile NAME
-t, --theme=FILE
loads theme from FILE
-n, --no-auto
does not connect to server automatically
-m, --no-mouse
does not load mouse support
-N, --no-global-config
ignores global configuration file
-a, --away[=DESCRIPTION]
changes status to ``away''
-b, --back[=DESCRIPTION]
changes status to ``available''
-i, --invisible[=DESCR]
changes status to ``invisible''
-d, --dnd[=DESCRIPTION]
changes status to ``do not disturb''
-f, --free-for-chat[=DESCR] changes status to ``free for chat''
-x, --xa[=DESCRIPTION]
changes status to ``very busy''
-h, --help
displays this help message
-v, --version
displays program version and exits
Options concerned with status depend on the protocol of particular session -- some sessions may not support ``do not disturb'' status, etc.

Psi - jabber client
SYNOPSIS
psi [--profile=PROFILE] [--remote|--choose-profile]
DESCRIPTION
[--status=STATUS [--status-message=MSG]] [--uri=URI]
Psi - The Cross-Platform Jabber/XMPP Client For Power Users
OPTIONS --choose-profile
Display Choose Profile dialog on startup. Cannot be used together with --remote.
-h, --help
Show this help message and exit.
--profile=PROFILE
Activate program instance running specified profile. Otherwise, open new instance using this profile (unless used together with
--remote).
--remote
Force remote-control mode. If there is no running instance, or --profile was specified but there is no instance using it, exit with-
out doing anything. Cannot be used with --choose-profile.
--status=STATUS
Set status. STATUS must be one of `online', `chat', `away', `xa', `dnd', `offline'.
--status-message=MSG
Set status message. Must be used together with --status.
--uri=URI
Open XMPP URI. (e.g. xmpp:someone@example.org?chat) For security reasons, this must be the last option.
-v, --version
Show version information and exit.

The task is to create a server client chat that contains a few basic safeguards against floods etc and which is capable of issuing at least one or two commands on the client computer. Unfortunately googling the word 'chat' gives you zebedee billion responses that relate to everything and few of them refer to the linux chat command. I've read the man page and found a couple of examples but can't see how to do this.

My requirement is as follows.
In a particular source directory say /home/Source, I need to search for filename with the following pattern.
Bank_YYYYMMDD.txt
and if the files with patterns are found them move them to archive directory /home/Source/Archive.
