       Usage:  ./ResampleImageBySpacing   ImageDimension  inputImageFile   outputImageFile  outxspc  outyspc  {outzspacing}  {dosmooth?}  {addvox}
       {nn-interp?}

	      addvox pads each dimension by addvox
