Looking for a good date cloner.

What i've got is a NTFS drive which isn't recognized by any windows system. I can however see it in Ubunto. I can copy/paste files which is really good news.

I'm pretty new to linux and don't know much about the commands and such. Basically what I'm looking for is some way to strip permissions, and move all the data off one HD and put it on a new HD.

something like Robocopy for linux =D

Thanks.

How about a simple cp -r?
