running Client-Server prog on 2 LInux boxes
hi , i have 2 linux boxes with linksys wireless adapters everything is working fine.now i am trying to run client-server program written in C on these boxes but none of the box is receiving any packets. how different it is when using wireless . All these codes that i have works fine on Unix though with ethernet only .

Can anyone please advice ???? i need it to be up ASAP ...

There is no difference as far as a user space sockets API code goes. Your wireless is Ethernet after all. Can both machines ping each other? If so then look into your code. One tip, always check return value of everything you call (that returns something at least). Likely one of your sockets calls is failing. All else fails run tcpdump on both ends and see what you see.
