CPU & Memory Assgin New Static IP on Fedora

Can anybody tell me how to assign static IP on Fedora machine. I need to commands and /etc/sysconfig/network-scripts/ifcfg-eth0 file if somebody can provide. Thanks in advance.

The files in this folders are not intended to be manipulated by hand, use "ifconfig" utility, read the man pages for it with "man ifconfig"
