Not able to track harddisk usage by root

Hi all !

I am unable to track 6 GB memory through df -h command
please anyone tell me why its showing 57M though used memory is 101G

OS - Ubuntu 12.04 LTS 32-Bit

I guess df wont count the file size which comes under root and nobody thats why there is difference in the size.

is there any way to move my Vmware to external HDD, without disturbing contents, which is installed in internal HDD, so that at least I can use some space.

Possible to track FTP user last login? Last and Finger don't track them.

Like the topic says, does anyone know if it is possible to check to see when an FTP only user has logged in?
