X windows

Can anyone suggest me a X client to access linux box from my XP pc which is free .. something like hummingbird exceed ... the word is free ...

Well, what you're looking for is an x xerver, not client, but have you looked into vnc?

http://www.tightvnc.com/

Also, there's Cygwin with X11R6...

http://x.cygwin.com/

Both 'free'.

Well i am aware of the VNC , but still want to ask you guys if anyone know of something like humming bird exceed ...a client of course .... and should eb a freeware ...

Joloks comment was correct, it is an X server you are looking for. Here is what a google found

The only worthwhile client I can think of is VNC, with Xvnc running as server you can run a full X desktop session.
