in china we are use windows.none use linux or unix ,so i don't if player can be run on windows system,that can be run on linux or unix too?

actually, alot of linux users are chinese, and mplayer does not run on windows, sorry. And use your head, when ./configure tells you to get xine-libs, get xine-libs!

To install Xine, there are two steps. The steps are described fairly well on the Xine site.

1. Download and configure/compile/install the xine-lib package. Don't forget to edit /etc/ld.so.conf with a text editor and make sure it has /usr/local/lib in it. Then as root run the 'ldconfig' command to make the new libs available to the system
2. Choose a UI (which it sounds like you downloaded) and configure/compile/install
3. Execute your chosen UI (I use gxine myself) and configure Xine, then load up a file and play!
