Tools SNMP configuration

Hi,

Please help me with the SNMP configuration. My requirement is something like this:
I have 3 solaris 10 boxes with SNMP version 5.0.9 (2 Sparc and 1 x86). These servers are to be monitored with the help of the Whats Up Gold tool on various parameters like CPU util, network (ping) etc etc.
i am completely new to this SNMP and have no idea about the files and related changes that are to be done.

Kindly help me out in fulfilling this requirement as always done in this forum.

Thanks in advance.

NAME
SNMP::Info::Layer2::Orinoco - SNMP Interface to Orinoco Series Access Points AUTHOR
Eric Miller SYNOPSIS
# Let SNMP::Info determine the correct subclass for you. my $orinoco = new SNMP::Info( AutoSpecify => 1, Debug => 1, DestHost => 'myswitch', Community => 'public', Version => 2 ) or die "Can't connect to DestHost. "; my $class = $orinoco->class(); print "SNMP::Info determined this device to fall under subclass : $class "; DESCRIPTION
Provides abstraction to the configuration information obtainable from Orinoco Access Point through SNMP. Orinoco devices have been manufactured by Proxim, Agere, and Lucent. For speed or debugging purposes you can call the subclass directly, but not after determining a more specific class using the method above. my $orinoco = new SNMP::Info::Layer2::Orinoco(...); Inherited Classes SNMP::Info::Layer2 SNMP::Info::IEEE802dot11 Required MIBs None. Inherited MIBs See "Required MIBs" in SNMP::Info::Layer2 for its MIB requirements. See "Required MIBs" in SNMP::Info::IEEE802dot11 for its MIB requirements. GLOBALS
These are methods that return scalar value from SNMP $orinoco->vendor() Returns 'proxim' $orinoco->model() Returns the model extracted from "sysDescr". $orinoco->os() Returns 'Orinoco' $orinoco->os_ver() Returns the software version extracted from "sysDescr". $orinoco->os_bin() Returns the firmware version extracted from "sysDescr". $orinoco->serial() Returns the serial number extracted from "sysDescr". These are methods that return tables of information in the form of a reference to a hash. Overrides $orinoco->interfaces() Returns reference to map of IIDs to physical ports. $orinoco->i_ignore() Returns reference to hash of IIDs to ignore.
