I think lsof for hp-ux can be found here at the HPUX Porting Archive

In Linux and Solaris lsof accepts the -X switch which allows to see if deleted files are still in use and eat disk space. Need Script to Use CPUs on a HPUX server to simulate Workload Manager on HPUX.
