I need to find password hash value

I try to find on /etc/passwd or /etc/shadow

but it is not this column

where could I find it

I want to distinguish standard system mode or trust system mode

because I want to get /etc/passwd password hash value

but I found when I read /etc/passwd only show "*"

how can I read really password hash value not "*" in standard system mode

and
how can I read really password hash value not "*" in truest system mode

so first I want to know which mode when I stay in the system

Before asking silly questions start by reading the man pages, its all there!
man passwd (clue : read carefully page 8...)
So far most of your questions were FAQ for dummies, this forum is for true HP-UX architecture specific questions where we expect advanced users issues or questions, not newbies not wanting to read the docs before, have you only tried to look at the HPUX links given here?
