Reboot After Panic

Hi all,
Does anybody know what kinds of events can prompt the following?

With the sparse details you provided, about all I can say is the kernel detected a serious problem. This can be caused by a kernel problem or a hardware problem. HP has a way to save memory in a case like this which they call "crash dumps". You need to have a crashdump if you don't already have one. How to save a crashdump varies depending on the release of HP-UX. Look up the tools for whatever release you use. Analysing a crashdump generally requires help from HP. You also can take shots in the dark by looking for any hardware problems and/or installing any relevant patches.
