Well, I like it. It surveys almost all internal topics in unix. It's a little bit old, 1996. Main thing missing is the Veritas filesystem. But another journeling filesystem is covered. I see you put the question in HP-UX. It is not very HP-UX specific. If that is your requirement, you may want to consider hp-ux 11i internals by Cooper and Moore.
