You could write a shell script rm.sh in the /usr/local/bin directory
Code:
LOGFILE=/home/guest/firefly/sh/rm.log
echo =============== >> $LOGFILE
who | grep $LOGNAME >> $LOGFILE
date >> $LOGFILE
pwd >> $LOGFILE
echo $@ >> $LOGFILE
echo =============== >> $LOGFILE
rm.org $@

and link the /usr/bin/rm -> /usr/local/bin/rm.sh

Each entry between the = signs is one rm entry. This gives the user details, the date and time, the directory where the command was run, and all the args that were passed to rm.
