i do not have root on a solairs 10 server , however i do have the root role, i was wondering if I can change the root password as a a role with the passwd command? I have not tried yet.
and do i have to use the # chgkey -p afterwards?

root password in hpux 10.01 on apollo 715/50
and I don't know how to boot from the net... I followed the instructions that explain how to access ISL> but when I type hpux -is <return> the machine just reboots and shows me the ISL> prompt again. Do you have any idea about what is hapening? or how can I install GNU/Linux on it from the network?
