Hi,

I really face some difficulty even I was looking a lot in internet for a solution.
I have a configuration in HP-UX with 10 disks 5 as current disks and the other 5 mirrored disks. In this way I have two PVGs, pvg0 and pvg1, where pvg1 contains mirrored disks.

I need to remove pvg1 in some way to have just pvg0 present, and Total PVG to be 1. Is it possible in some way to do this???

It is possible with "root" access, but your post lacks so much detail that we would be concerned for the integrity of the system with general advice.
At a fundamental level, are you using HP LVM or Veritas? If the commands you typed to create this mirror set start with "lv" it's LVM but if they start with "vx" it's Veritas. Both type of filesystem mount as "vxfs".

More information is required as told methyl.

But if you want to remove pvg1 in LVM, first you need to split the mirror of each with lvmerge and then remove the backup lvs.
