HP-UX

i need to install X server (motif) on unix server mentioned to get the GUI . for the installation of application called SAS.
Can anybody help me out for the same.

I'm to take a guess and say: the xserver goes on your windows PC.

here i describe --- We have an unix server HP UX 11.3 . We need to install SAS application on the same. But as unix is command line interface, hence we are planning to install motif (which gives GUI interface) on unix so that we can easily install the application called SAS.

But as Purdym said, X server will be elsewhere for unless you are talking of a workstation I havent seen much HP servers with graphics interface...
SAS software? what version? I had SAS runnng till 9.1.3 on HP till I was asked to migrate to 9.2 on AIX... X11 is generally installed on all unix platform unless you have good reason to not... and as already the server will run on your desktop for a serve has generally A console if it has a display so you would have to explain to me how your users will be working if all are looking at the same display...
Depending of your Xserver you would have to if not automatically done, export your display variable (eg DISPLAY=IP:0.0) but the values can change depending on type of connection (ssh...).
SAS from 9.2 necessitates a client on PC in order to display e.g. the HELP, for it does that by opening a "remote browser", in fact the browser on your desktop

Never heard of 11.3.

If the server running HP-UX has a graphical console, the X Server will be installed automatically.

There are detailed pre-installation documents on the SAS support website. You will need to know what version of SAS you are installing and onto which hardware.
