Service processor not responding

I am receiving messages from HP-UX Server
"The operating system is unable to communicate with the service processor.

The support bus which connects the system processors, the service processor and the Power Monitor or Platform Monitor may have become hung ".

I need help in the following:
1 - how to execute Service processor command? ( to test support bus).
2 - Haw can i know if the system i an N-class, rp7400, L-Class, rp5400, rp5430, rp5450 or rp5470.
3 - How to check the service processor firmware revision?
4 - And more help about this problem.

Thank you

We have had this problem on a few of our L-class boxes. HP came out and replaced the card which resolved the problem. The only recommendation I can give you if you can't get support from HP is to shutdown the system, completely power it off and unplug it for a few minutes, maybe reset the GSP card, then power it back on.

If you go into SAM, under the performance section there is a system properties page which I believe will tell you what class the box is.
