Problem with vdump command on TRU64

Hi all,
I have a system with TRU64 system (quite old). I use to run script to make save of important system partitions.
The command to save the partition "/" is :
/sbin/vdump -0uDf /mnt/Sauvegarde/dump/slash.dump.0 /. (/mnt/Sauvegarde is NFS mounted, but this is no matter)
This script ran for several years. About 2 months ago, it issues some errors like follows :
Code:
path : /.
dev/fset : root_domain#root
type : advfs
advfs id : 0x3dfaf4f8.00078180.1
vdump: Date of last level 0 dump: the start of the epoch
vdump: Dumping directories
vdump: unable to get info for file <./cluster/members/member0/dev/ttyp3>; [9] Bad file number
vdump: unable to get info for file <./cluster/members/member0/dev/pts/3>; [9] Bad file number
vdump: unable to get info for file <./cluster/members/member0/dev/pts/3>; [9] Bad file number
vdump: unable to get info for file <./cluster/members/member0/dev/ttyp3>; [9] Bad file number
vdump: Dumping 331712942 bytes, 464 directories, 4505 files
vdump: Dumping regular files
vdump: unable to get info for file <./cluster/members/member0/dev/pts/3>; [9] Bad file number
vdump: unable to get info for file <./cluster/members/member0/dev/ttyp3>; [9] Bad file number

I notice that the special files /dev/pts/3 and /dev/ttyp3 don't exist
Has anybody an idea about what is the cause of this problem and how to solve it ? Will a reboot of the machine solve the problem ?

Thank you for your answers.
Alain
