how to view restricted sam access

Hello everybody,
i need to check which users have resticted sam access..can anybody please let me know how to check this..?

I dont see how...
the first display is load priviliege, and gives you all the users on the box in second column (no,no,no,yes,no...) tells you if user on that line has or not privleges
