but i am not able to read it.. here i have collected for process but not able to read that.please help.

Don't have a HP-UX machine with mwa installed to check, but extract should be pretty straight forward.

Note: if the mwa daemons are down, no data might be collected. On rare occasions the mwa log files can get corrupted. What does:
# mwa status
show?

it like what we get from top or sar commands..in column format

It is in column format. Not sure why you cannot see the headings at the top. If you import into excel, might be more clear.

Yes, i can see headings but everything is just messed up..below i have
