Homework & Coursework Questions

I need help for the following questions:

1. What are the advantages and disadvantages of using ACLs versus ordinary Unix file permissions?

2. Describe three methods for automating system administration tasks. Discuss the time taken to do things manually versus creating automatic systems. Consider the number of systems being administered.

3. Linux/Unix systems generally use text files for system configuration. Discuss the advantages and disadvantages of text files versus other forms of configuration databases from a system management point-of-view.

I have checked the rules. I am new to Unix and have searching these answers but haven't got any resource yet. I am from core networking background but haven't work much in Unix. If I have known this, I never have posted it. If someone just gave me the direction to go, I will find rest.
