1. The problem statement, all variables and given/known data:
Modify the code from lab5-4.sh so that you can specify the numbers to count between (low and high) on the command line.
Test the code with multiple ranges including 0 10, 1 10, 5 10, 1 100. If your code fails these tests, fix it so that it passes. Your counter will need to be moved outside your functions. Your counter will need to be set to the lowest numbered positional parameter on the command line. You will probably need to modify your functions to get the desired result.

You need to reference $2 where you reference $1, and $1 where you reference 0. You need to pass $1 and $2 to your functions calls.
