existing non-floppy, non-cd ftp install?
I have downloaded the needed files to make a ftp install. The files are suposed to be put on a floppy disk. However, the files are, appearantly, too big for any of my 1.44mb disks. I have formated them.
And so, I wanted to know, can I install without having to use cd or floppy, but also without downloading the cd images?

....Maybe I should just order the cd´s over the net...

i guess you could download the boot image, download lilo which runs in DOS and boot like that from within an already running system. ive never tried it before but i suppose with a DOS based linux loader you could.
