[Solved] Java Plugin not working w/Firefox 7 on Solaris x86
I upgraded my server to Firefox version 7.0.1 and created a symbolic link to /usr/jdk/instances/jdk1.6.0/jre/lib/i386/libnpjp2.so in the /usr/lib/firefox/plugins directory. According to the directions from the mozilla site, this should work. But whenever i attempt to access an app that requires the plugin, I receive an error message stating "Please enable or install Java for this browser". This is a somewhat urgent issue and I really need to access an app.

Disregard, i found the answer by manually creating a plugins directory within my profile and linked to ibnpjp2.so from there.
