One more naive question
As far as i know dd command works on low level and don't care for disk partitioning or even file system layout .
So it doesn't matter for the clone disk if it is windows formated or even Linux dd will restructure the disk layout as if it were the original . am i right

without your tremendous help and your through understanding i would not retreive a bit of my data .
I did what exactly what you have said , but i skipped booting from dvd boot GRUB and decided to install grub directly . after manipulating disk partitioning with fdisk i rebooted in single user shell again , single user shell minimal system could be able to detect rpool and asked to mount it read as read only i answered with yes
then i installed grub , this time grub installed successfuly . and here i am booting into fully functional OS with intact data . the only drawback is that i'm using 73 gb of my 160gb disk . but i'm very happy .

You can easily recover the extra space on your new disk by creating a second partition and a ZFS pool on it:

Code:

 # fdisk /dev/rdsk/c0d0p0
...
1 (create a partition)
8 Indicate the type of partition you want to create:(DOSBIG)
Indicate the percentage of the disk ...: choose all remaining available space.
n Should this become the active partition?
5. (update disk configuration and exit)
# zpool create data /dev/dsk/c0d0p2

As I mentioned earlier, you don't have to be able to boot from the disk to recover the data. Even if you could not have resolved the boot blocks issue, you could have mounted the disk on another machine and recovered the data on the disk.

FWIW, just because you cannot boot does not mean you can't mount
