the only thing that jumps out at me is normally your home line is:

127.0.0.1 localhost.localdomain localhost. But I am not sure that would matter. But the error reads like it can't resolve the home address.

change that and restart portmap... see what happens.

oh, and is nfslock on....

The change at /etc/hosts doesn't seem to produce any effect...

nfslock is a service that must be running for NFS to work....
