both hdisk14 and hdisk15 does not has a path to fscsi1 like the other disks

i tried removing the adapter

rmdev -dRl fscsi1

and cfgmgr -v

but it did not work

any idea?

What FC adapter do you use?
What does the SAN cabling look like? Switch(es) involved?
