.profile & .dtprofile

Hey every1

Can some1 tell me the difference b/w the .profile & the .dtprofile files????

When is .profile used & when is the .dtprofile used????

User's .profile is the shell profile. .dtprofile is for CDE. If you want to use your .profile with CDE also you need to set DTSOURCEPROFILE=true.
