There is an arcane tool, which is told exclusively from SysAdmins mouth to SysAdmins ear: its called "man pages" and only about a dozen people in the whole world know about its existence.
In this case: issue "man ksh" and find out about about the "autoload" keyword, which is used to load shell functions. From there the conclusion that "sleepless" could be such a shell function is of course farfetched and perhaps absolutely wrong.
