Error Problem with MKSYSB

Am taking a tape backup and the error output shows this.

----------------------------------------------------------------
====== mksysb errors from /opt/uss/log/run_mksysb.stdout:
0512-038 mksysb: Backup Completed Successfully.
====== mksysb errors from /opt/uss/log/run_mksysb.stderr:

bosboot: Boot image is 28409 512 byte blocks.

***** ATTENTION *****
The boot image you just created might fail to boot because
the size exceeds the system limit. For information about
fixes or workarounds, see /usr/lpp/bos.sysmgt/README.
---------------------------------------------------------------

I had some applied filesets, I tried comitting all of them. Tried avoiding whatever I could from rootvg..

Any idea?

You've hit the 12MB boot image limit with your applied / commited fileset update.
Make sure you have install media (CD) of the same AIX oslevel and ML / TL handy if you ever need to restore it.
There might be a firmware update that allows you to boot an image bigger than 12MB, check and update your system firmware if required.
Or check out this APAR:

Have a google for the 12MB boot image problem on AIX.
