is the errdeamon running?
if yes try to produce a errpt - make a not needed filesystem full or simply reboot the machine, perhaps there is a problem with the deamon itself

ok thanks,

I will force an error report to check the deamon after I have restarted it.

I am pretty sure that this is ok though as when rebooted last week the error report worked.

swap displays differently

A new x86 server was installed with 16G of memory. The swap space assigned in the prtvtoc is also 16G. But after the installation of the OS and verifying, noticed df -k output for swap shows as 30G. Other systems do not have this characteristic. Whats wrong in here?:eek: (4 Replies)
