I am looking to get a list of applications and corresponding user who installed the same (owner) on AIX host.
Can anyone confirm how can this information be retrieved? We can use "rpm" to get list of packages available on AIX, but is there a way to get the corresponding user as well for... (2 Replies)

I am trying to update Samba on my AIX 7.1 system as there is an issues with it, the smbd process coredumps and I have had no luck figuring it out why.

I am trying to install an rpm : libiconv-1.14-1.aix5.1.ppc.rpm which is a dependency to install GIT.
While I gave the command I got the foll message:

Hi,
I am setting up a hacmp oracle cluster with 2 resource groups - one on each node.
Binaries are local - so is configuration but its the same on both nodes - so are the startscripts.
If I start the cluster, each DB comes up nicely on its homenode.
