These are not e-books. They are course material from training courses being bought by IBM or other training facilities. Because of this, I rate them close to "warez" and close this thread.
Go with the IBM Redbooks which are for free, easy to find and go into details too.
Course material without the course itself is often not that helpful, as you miss a lot of explanations the teacher would tell and show you, being not explained into detail in these materials.
