Unable to find crypt command

Hi Friends,

I am not able to execute crypt in AIX OS. Could you pls let me know how to get this command.

It might help to enter "crypt AIX" into your favourite search engine sometimes. Google is your friend.

First off, "crypt" is notoriously weak and its use is discouraged.

Second, "crypt" was at the Bonus CD last time i checked (ok, that was some long time ago and that might have changed).

Third, if everything else fails, try "ccrypt" from sourceforge: ccrypt, which is intended as a reinforced replacement for "crypt".
