Error opening device: /dev/fscsi0

Hello,
One one of my AIX boxes I'm having the following errror:

Code:
fcstat fcs0:

Port Speed (supported): 4 GBIT
Error opening device: /dev/fscsi0
errno: 0000003d

Has anyone encountered similar errors?

Thank you!

nope, but
- whats up with the stat on other FC cards,
- any log in errpt
- If only this FC has problem then try to reconfigure the FC adapter ( remove/readd)

Kindly share the sol if you got.
