Bootable Encrypted Backup

Is there a utility available to make such a backup? Is this idea even possible?

Thanks for the help.

Why bootable?

What exactly do you want it to do?

My boss asked for it-- I showed a non-bootable way to do it, he wasn't interested.
It's for backing up sensitive critical systems.

Why does he want it bootable?

What exactly does he expect it to do?

I do not understand this neither - mksysb of rootvg always contains sensitive data. If you want backup something from an EFS, just exclude it from rootvg or just do not place it in rootvg. Never heared of an encrypted mksysb.
