What is a "PROC REGULATOR"?
In the "lscfg -vp" output, I see there are two of these "PROC REGULATOR"s. I have 4 CPU slots and two 8-core CPUs. I'm guessing these are just some type of "dummy CPUs" but I wanted to know if anyone knew for sure. I couldn't find a good description of them online. Does anyone have a good description of these?
