problems connecting with exceed (solved)

Hi,
We have a user who cannot connect to the aix system anymore with hummingbird exceed.
Our unix servers are aix 5.3. She is running windows xp and using hummingbird 12.

She used to not have any problem, but now when she tries to use xstart she gets an error 'unable to connect to host using specified start method'

we all connect using rexec. I can connect to that host from my pc, and her settings are the same as mine.

Also, we have another aix5.3 box that she IS able to connect to, using the exact same .xs file, just replacing the hostname.

I am at my wits end trying to figure out why this is happening all of the sudden. Any ideas would be appreciated.

Please ignore the request. Problem solved.
Somehow the inted was dead. I was still connected to the server so I thought it worked for me, but it didn't.
I couldn't make a NEW connection either.
restarted inetd and all is well.

Ok, when our lan switched to DHCP, and my linux boxes dropped off the network, it is because the DNS wasn't set correctly. If JOB .gt. 0 then TOL is not referenced. On exit, TOL is changed as described above, only if TOL is non-positive on entry. Otherwise TOL is unchanged. INFO INFO is INTEGER = 0 : successful exit .lt. 0: if INFO = -i, the i-th argument had an illegal value .gt. 0: overflow would occur when computing the INFO(th) element of the solution vector x.
