yes i repeat my nim and sysback configration and reboot succssfully and i see tsm virtual device then edit the ip's but now i have another problem as the following:

From this picture we get the following screen and we do a selection on "change installation device"

After that as we see in this picture we founde the TSM virtual device and a selected this item .

Then we selected the device which is highlighted in the picture .

After that we got this menu and the required information is filled as shown below.

The procedure is to do the recovery operation through selecting the highlighted field below .

Note : ( I want to inform you that we take an sysback image backup for rootvg ) and we can view it from the TSM configuration > T SM backup management > Query TSM backup images ) .
