Hi All ,

Can anyone please let me know whether I can go ahead and prepare
IBM AIX by myself or shoud tat require coaching.If we can manage with self study refer me the standard buk.Else the institute gud for coaching.

Read and understand the redbooks, grab an AIX box and do some work on it to really understand what you are reading.
Any AIX training course is helpful but is based basically on the same principle except that someone is telling you what you could read yourself - and than lets you do what you just read on the system.
A certification without experience is imho worthless - there are way too many people out there with certifications but without any clue about what they are doing. You are not an AIX SA just because you passed an exam. You will become an AIX SA when you work a while on AIX systems ...
