The short term solution is to truncate the log - assuming you don't need the contents.
create a file system say - /halogs - see crfs command. create it on all servers in the cluster.
easiest way to to alter HACMP configs is to use smitty hacmp. Change the log path. sync the cluster and you may have to restart HACMP.
regardless of what you do you should rotate the log on a regular basis. it's best to get it out of /usr for many reasons so I strongly recommend doing that.
