In the above errors what is that ARRAY OPERATION ERROR stands for and what is this dac0 and dac1, I guess both of this are logical devices associated with the LUNS.

The RDAC driver creates several devices for a DS4k subsystem. For every controler connected to an FC adapter you have one dac device. Then there is one dar device that represents the complete array with all the LUNs (including active and inactive paths).
First check that with one DS4K you have one dar and two dacs only. Second look into the long error message (errpt -a). As there seems to be a problem from each of your DS4K controllers and the problem survived a reboot the cause may lay behind the AIX server (e.g. cabling, switch, LUN configuration).

Did you every figure out if this is really a problem and were you able to get rid of those errors. I get the same thing when I shutdown, but everything comes up just fine. I am going through a switch and am wondering if there is a delay causing the error.

Check on the StorageManager for LUNs allocated to server that are not on their preferred path for starters

Luns were on preferred path, thank you for your reply. I did find the following on IBM website for this error:
Error descriptionFCP_ARRAY_ERR2 errors may be logged in the errpt during
a system reboot, or when running cfgmgr, similar to the
following:

IDENTIFIER TIMESTAMP T C RESOURCE_NAME DESCRIPTION
2E493F13 0501040008 P H dac0 ARRAY OPERATION
ERROR

The SENSE DATA field in the error log entry contains
data similar to the following:

Detail Data
SENSE DATA
0600 1A00 2E00 4C04 0000 0000 0000 0000 0000 0000 0000
0000 0502 0000 7000 0500
0000 009E 0000 0000 2400 00C0 0002 0000 0100 0000 0000
0000 0000 0000 0000 0000

This affects AIX systems attached to DS4000 storage with
firmware version 07.10.22.00 or higher.

Local fix
Ignore the errors, or back-level the DS4000 firmware to
a previous version.
