Hi,

this sounds for me as if you haven't done inutoc . in the folder? Does your .toc file has the package in its content?

In addition - accept the license - it's free Smilie

I was able to get the bos.rte.printers by following your
recommandations and I tried 2 ways to install this package :

First time, I tried to overwrite the package and you can see the error
result:

Hi,

I resolved the issues, I installed the good version of the files from another server. Now it works fine.
